30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered according to the shipping carrier’s tracking information. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product that does not match your order confirmation (wrong model, size, or color), we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days provided it is unused and in its original condition. In this case, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- The product must not show signs of installation, damage caused by misuse, or intentional alteration.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions, including the specific return authorization.
Note: Please do not send items back without receiving confirmation from our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
- Personal Reasons: If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size/color), the buyer is responsible for the actual return shipping fee.
- No Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees or additional handling fees for approved returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 1-3 business days):
- Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
